choose create project, input your name project and click create project

now click signup

and form signup

yout country

account type

npwp

name and your address

city

province

postal code

your name

your telephone number

credit card number

expire date

cvv2

cardholder name

checklist yes I agree

and accept and start free trial

after that go to console dot cloud dot google dot com / compute / instances

click create instance

and form create an instances

name : your name vps

zone : you can choose your zone vps

machine type : you can choose 1vcpu – 8vcpu and your favorite ram

boot disk : you can choose your vps os system

and checklist accept http traffic and https traffic

and click create

just waiting for 1-2 minutes for loading and you get free vps from google :)
